As each of our products is handmade or most of the ties are made by hand, extra care is taken for it. And the consumer should also be aware that since our products are handmade, he should take care while using or transporting them.
What to do and what not to do if there is a problem with your delivered product or it is broken or damaged
- We can only process a refund or replacement if you return your item to us in the condition it was, when delivered.
- The product must also be returned to us in its original packaging and accompanying documents, if any, at the time of delivery.
- We suggest you to record the video when you unbox the product after delivery and send the video to us later if there is any problem.
- In some cases where a full refund is not possible, the customer receives a partial refund.
FAQs
As all our products are handmade and we work on customer customization for several products. So it takes some time to make all those orders. And since it is a handmade item, it has to be packed very well which also takes some time.You will be sent an email or message with the tracking ID when your order is processed and after packing it goes to the courier for delivery. From the tracking link in that message, you can track where the item is and when it might be delivered.
We deliver our products all over India through our trusted third party courier companies and they deliver to all their serviceable pin codes. Delivery takes 3-10 days depending on distance or pincode
As almost all our products are handmade and most of them are made according to the customer's demand. So it takes a bit more time. So next day delivery is not possible. For some products it takes at least 3-5 days and for some products it takes 20-30 days for delivery, so before ordering you must check when the product can be delivered.
